Belarus Anthem (2006 Lukashenko inauguration), part two

The state anthem of Belarus being played at Lukashenko's inauguration in 2006 after the military oath to the President of Belarus. The video came from TVR, so I apologize for the quality.

Why does it say Inauguration in 2006? hasn't he been President since 1994? He just won the election again in 2006?

i prefer belarus waving the white and red flag while that anthem is still used to be sung, and the pahonia as its coat of arms.

I like the National Anthem of Belarus very much. I love the nation of Belarus! It is still Socialist, which is wonderful, and it is a great fighter of imperialism!!!
