  • okay, by the reversal crunch try to get ur feet so low as possible but do not touch the ground u will also train than ur lower abs, u wont train them if u touch the ground :)

  • do you touch the ground by the reversal crunch with ur toes? by the pull ups, if u want more rehearsals try to swing ur legs with ur body while u pull ur self up, less energetic for ur arms and back, but i can do more pull ups, :) that's all nice vid if u got some questions about exercising @ home just ask me i got some more training stuff for u :)
