  • @vootman Parallel is all you need to pass for a lift in a competition. Parallel is what got him to a 1036 squat. Where did your ATG squat get you?

  • It's chalk on his upper back to help the bar get grip so it doesn't want to slip down his back any lower.

  • What purpose does the powder serve?

  • great vid. what's the soundtrack?

  • @wolflord06 1 plate

  • @mikesbbody hey buddy, your comment is fine but no spotters? what does that prove? the numbers of spotters only ensure the amount of safety for a lifter. olympic lifters might not have a spotter because they can just dump it. same with powerlifters. but then oly lifters use bumper plates and powerlifters just use regular plates. dumping regular plates can dmg them.

  • Is this the guy in the green shirt from the world Record bench press vid?

  • @ironintel Go away, do your research for a month (or, seriously, even just five minutes) and come back and comment. It's for your own good, because you just look like an idiot now.

  • @DreadfulControversy they are stronger than this piece of shit

  • @biglogstrongman I respect your opinion it's all to do with what you train, and what you train for example a powerlifter may struggle at Oly style squats (I know I am) and vice versa at the end of the day P.L's squat more but I'm saying they use all kinds of gear and don't go even close to the depth of O.Lifters look here on Y.T you will find video's of O.L's squatting up to 800 pounds some with no belt! no spotters, etc Ed will always be the man a Legend! great at all 3 lifts!
