@ArbourParq in my view this training is just for concentration and reflexes.i dont see any other good thing in it.

Cheers, I understand that, i just didn't realise she was trainging with this method all the time, I thought it was a drill, maybe something you went through a few times a week. As for Floyd, he can drop his hands for as long as he wants, he's Floyd!!! Can you give me a name of one of your pros to check out, I'm really interested in seeing this applied for real. Cheers

@edemvedson The New Generation of Fighters are moving into the 21st Century and the training should always be a step ahead, some times it takes a minute for people to realize how good something works because they dont want to change the norm, or just dont want to rock the boat so to speak, but I've seen to many fighters injured and killed in the ring to not realize that what I am doing for these guys and gals will help make them successful and give them the abilty to talk about it later in life.

@edemvedson Its for every type of boxer and mma fighter (I train a ton of them) who truly wants to be successful in the ring and minimize the risks of injury due to defensive weaknesses, lack of rhythm timing and reflex action, as well as smoothness of motion in relative time during combat. The numerous accomplished amateurs and top pro's in the game that come to me already know how good this system works, the old school system of "Static" traditional mittwork will always have its place..
Hi, can someone help me with a quey. I've been an ametuer for about 4 years.
I like this style of padwork, but this very different to when Floyd and Roger do it. When Floyd uses this technique, his guard is always in place, pause this video between shots and you'll see this fighter is open as hell. My question is, is this used for warming up more than technnique. At one point, the fighter drops both hands completely to avoid the jab, my coach would kill me for that.

@ArbourParq she trains to fight in this manner and she has developed the ability through this training to slip and roll shots better than some of the guys I train.. You fight how you train, if you dont train like this on a regular basis then yes you would be open as hell to shots, but this is how I train all my clients pro and amateur and they are very successful in there contests.. And by the way Floyd drops both hands numerous times to slip punches while doing padwork, its how he trains.thanks
