This would be useful if you were to use a certain number of fingers to select a tool, and closing one's hand would e considered a click.

what method to eliminate the noise did you use??? i see that there is not those little points I get when i use treshhold transform.. (binarize) please help me

Hi! A few months ago I had tried something like this and had got it. But I never have think about distinguish between the fingers.... How you do that? Comparing the sizes? The angle between the finger and the center of hand???

The technique is based on the angle of each finger to the center of the hand. For each finger two angles are calculated, one for the line between the fingertip and the center of the hand and the other between the base of the finger and the center of the hand. The technique takes also into account the distance between the center of the hand and the base of the finger.
