Went out today to pick up a few vintage car parts and to check out some new leads. While popping the liftgate glass out of the old Plymouth Suburban I spotted a deer about 20 feet away.Found the 51 Merc at a different location. What a shame that 2 door is beyond repair.

  • Funny, I've been randomly cruising and found this. I am from Parry Sound. Didn't know there were so many cars in the bush. Err, wait, I think my dad has a few in the back 40....

  • @catwentsplat By all means let me know where they are!!!! I'd be happy just to have pics of them....drop me a name and address. Maybe you or your dad knows me. I used to work at Parry Sound Dodge.

  • what's that auto at 1:14?

  • 1:28 : )

  • I so want to rebuild that motor!

  • Seeing the Ford from :51 onwards reminds me of the movie "Deliverance", when the guys finally get to the end of the river, and safety, and the first sight of civilization that they see is a junked '55 Ford partly submerged in the water. Seeing the wrecked car is a big relief to the audience too.
