DISCLAIMER: I WILL BLOCK YOU IF YOU THREATEN PEOPLE IN THE COMMENTS. I MADE THIS VIDEO FOR MY LITTLE NIECE, NOT FOR A BUNCH OF ASSHOLES TO SIT IN THEIR MOM'S BASEMENTS & ARGUE WITH OTHER ASSHOLES. This is for my little niece, because she asked me to make a video for this, her favorite song.

  • The sad thing is, the Royal Iniskilling Fusilliers lost at least two soldiers called William McBride at almost exactly the same spot during the Battle of the Somme. I don't know why but something about that is so saddening even among the overall tragedy of the Western Front

  • This is the greatest video I have ever seen for this song! Love the way you mixed the old with the new when he say "it happened again, and again, and again, and again, and again" GREAT JOB!!!

  • Youtube ads are always annoying, but for a video like this it's straight up despicable to have to sit through a cell phone ad. Shame on them.

  • did you really believe it when they told you the cause?

did you really believe that this war would end wars?

  • You got nearly a quarter of a million hits. What is your problem? Simmer down, man...

  • Yes...Memorial Day. Monday was Memorial Day in the US.

  • cause they might be family..

  • Your Neice is so cute. And yeah, I cry when I hear this song, sometimes I cry when I try to sing it in front of people.

  • I am a Vietnam vet, lucky to not be one of the 58,272 names carved into the Memorial. War is hell, always has been, always will be. Mankind will never learn from our wars in this century, or the next, or the one after that. I pray that Carlli and all children will not have to endure another war but we have proven our insanity many times and will again.

  • Memorial Day?

  • One of my relatives, Joe Giblin, was lost at Gallipoli with the R.I.F. Only 21.

  • I am 45, served my country for 14 years in uniform and I cry too when I hear this song. God bless you Carlli and may your generation know peace for 100 years or more.
