Why doesn't some game company just take most of the gameplay features in Sim City 3000 or 4, add some extra things (create a planet tool or something) and put it in a 3D world like this? That would be THE best city building game ever.

It could've been better if the online element was free and if they added actual ambient sounds and different themes. It seemed rather bland when I played it.

It depends. Having car crashes just to have them is stupid. Having them as a problem to deal with and fix through traffic upgrades and ordinances sounds like a real idea.
