  • So, sad. This was a perfect example of 1980's Regan Tax Shelters. All the money and investment pumped into this to help out a few at the top. What is sad, is how excited the city felt about a rebirth and yet two years later it would close. Blanchard knew of it as well and openly lies to the crowds, "the rebirth" indeed. So, so sad!
