2moons Connection Bug

Many players have reported receiving the "Connection Error" message when they click on the mini-launcher icon. My wife had the same issue, and after an hour of experimentation, I found a possible solution.

Open your 2moons directory. You should see a file named "launcher.config."

Open the file using Notepad.

If your file reads 7.13.0, change it 7.16.0

Save the file and exit from Notepad.

If you are unable to save the file to it's original location, please try the following:

Open the launcher.config file.

Make the edit as shown above.

Select "Save As" and save the edited file to the desktop.

Close Notepad.

Locate the file on your desktop and copy it. Go to the folder where the original file is located and use paste to replace the file. If asked to replace the original file, choose Yes.
