Contrary to popular belief these alternate endings are RANDOM. So it doesn't matter how much of the game you complete, it doesn't matter how many collectible items you have, and it doesn't matter how many combat or predator challenges you complete.

The Return of Scarecrow and the Secret Ship Hatch
You need to go to the boat closest to the ocean, land on the hidden hatch and hack it. Once you do this you can go inside and take a look around to see what Dr. Crane aka Scarecrow has been up to. also,his mask can be found on top of the draw bridge just to the right of the boat secret hatch. it s also a riddle solution!

Tick Tock! Find the Croc!
In the sewers underneath Arkham City, you can have a brief encounter with Killer Croc! Watch the video for more! This can only be done after the Ninja from Ra's Al Ghul encounter when you're running through the sewers.

@dogfanfgye Maybe because i played this game on medium difficulty and i got Killer Croc and when i beat it on hard difficulty i got Bane which means that Scarecrow is maybe found on easy difficulty?

In arkham city theres a article u can unlock that says scarecrow survived by floating on a titan crate to shore. Scarecrows ending is the real one
