The cooling line of the confectioner complex «CREASWEET®»
The cooling line is composed of :
-A sandwich machine of 1000 mm in width
- a three-section cooling tunnel of 6 m in length, and 1000 mm in width
- a two-color enrobing machine of 1000 mm in width (with all the optional functions)
- a four-section cooling tunnel of 8 m in length and 1000 mm in width.
Each of the components of the line is consist of several units interconnected by a single conveyer belt.Sandwich machine of 1000 mm in width
-belt tension station;
-belt washing and cleaning stations
- Sandwich maker unit;
-2 sets of stackers.
The «IntelleDrop» sandwich machine made for the cooling line enables to manufacture number of products by combining cookie with marmalade, marshmallow with marmalade, cookie with marshmallow, cookie with two-color soufflé topped with a cookie with a fruit jelly drop etc.. There is a product catalogue highlighting the detailed description for making different products and displayed on a large active display with the help of an appropriate software. After the product is being chosen you are given the receipt of the product, its technical instruction and complete setting of the all components of the cooling line at a required regimes, speed and operation. The only thing need to be done is to set the required production on the «CREASWEET®» confectionery system.
