Bach's 6th invention. I play parts of it somewhat similarly to the Gould version, but mostly different. I'm sorry for the couple points of digital audio clipping in the video--I need to adjust my audio compression I think.

Please rate and comment. I am self-taught from the ground up, so any constructive criticism you can give would help me.

  • Nice playing! Good technique, especially considering you've had no formal lessons. I really love the 2-part inventions, I hope to start working on them probably in about 6 months. What do you think is the best one (easiest) to attempt first?

  • In my opinion, the easiest is No 1 and probably best to start with.

  • The left hand is sometimes legato and not all time staccato

  • Superb

  • How long have you been playing? :)

  • " An Immaculate Performanz. "

  • i hate this, u take care of the first voice, but not the second

  • Im selftaught aswell, but you sound like a pro! I see you have Hanon aswell. If I'd use it more often I would probably get this good as you! Congratz!

  • good quality thanks!

  • Good. I think the eighth notes need to be connected though.

  • Beautiful phrasing, even on this electric piano. Great technique!
