Powder Skiing - Helmet Camera Compilation - March 2010

A quickly made compilation video from powder skiing in Kitzbühel, Austria on the 17th March 2010. It was a really good powder day, although while trying to avoid one dangerous area, we went into an even more dangerous area, where I set off a small avalanche. We also ended up looking for a friends ski for about an hour with no success. The video was filmed with a ContourHD 1080p helmet camera, attached to my goggles, allowing you to get a real idea of what it's like to ski through the powder.

If you are going to ski powder away from the pistes, please always have the necessary avalanche equipment with you, and ski with other people who are also trained and carrying the equipment, just like we did.
