Easiest way to talk to a girl you've never met before is to become accustomed to conversing with strangers. Talk to the person at the checkout line, talk to garbage man, talk to the person sitting next to you while you are waiting somewhere. Overtime you will build enough skill to talk to anyone and enough confidence to hold a conversation with them as well.
