@JohnFreshjiive I could be wrong but I don't think the first generations had rev limiters. All other gens did. You can build this car for way higher revs and maybe this is why he disconnected his. Those rotary motors are built for extremely high revs. I mean obviously you want to find the sweet spot where you have the most power at to shift and not just some random high rpm. I'm not too familiar with these cars and I hope that helps. If anyone has more information just add it.
