@bluegrasssingingman - Probably cause its not a real upright bass... but it still sounds good. And is isn't cheap lookin'... don't hate on the electric uprights!

@MetroBeach40 bonjour, j'ai vu un comparatif entre la stagg et la palatino VE500.Il les essaie toute les deux avec un archet, et à mon avis de débutant, ça ne sonne pas mal du tout.

Bravo ! Sinon, cela va faire 2ans que je fais de la contrebasse, et bien que mon école de musique m'en prête une, elle est vraiment énorme (3/4) et je ne peux pas la transporter partout ! Bref, j'hésite encore pour une électrique mais, dis moi, on peut jouer avec un archet "normal" dessus ?

@bluegrasssingingman people said the same thing about the electric guitar when it was first developed, and you can see just how that became its own instruments, eub's should be seen in the same way, if you want to play acoustic then play one, eub's give variety if you want something different, neither is better its personal taste

Contrabajo STAGG o como tirar el dinero.
Compre este contrabajo en tienda Klavier y al día siguiente se rompió una clavija afinando. En la tienda se negaron a pedir uno nuevo y el comercial de Stagg para toda España aseguró que en 3 días estaria arreglado. Pasadas 2 semanas seguía roto. Pedi la devolución del dinero y se negaron. Stagg tiene un servicio MALO E INFORMAL, aviso por si sirve a alguien. La solución ha sido cambiar de marca y pagar uno más caro

A mes oreilles il a presque la meme son qu`une guitare basse fretless....
Dommage - j`ai deja une contrabasse (nulle nulle nulle) et ce p`tit jouet, c`est moins cher qu`acheter une systeme piezo et preampli!
J`espere que vous comprenez - je suis Anglais et je manque un peu, cote grammaire!

It's a pretty good electric upright bass for the price.
You can make it sound "smoother" if you want with the sub bass buttom. Bye.

Super ! Attention aux tendinites ! Ca me fait mal quand je vois ça, si j'étais toi je remplacerais l'annulaire par l'auriculaire ! Elle sonne excellent cette contrebasse de premier prix.

merci pour le conseil !.C'est vrai, je n'ai pas vraiment un jeu "academique".Je ne suis pas spécialiste en contrebasse mais pour l'instant,je la trouve largement sufissante.Bye.
