Yes, it's on YouTube, but I can't remember the American version name. It's something like 'Permission', but as with most things,it is not as good, and the original version (the Irish version) is better. Go n-éirí an mbóthair leat. Slán agus beannacht. I wonder if Sinéad said 'yes' herself????

Yes, Sinéad is a girls name. And exactly as you say, it's to show how ridiculous it is to even consider a referendum on it. However, even though it's an Irish ad, I am not sure how it relates to Ireland, as we have not had a referedum on it. The law has already been passed in the Dáil (the name given to the Irish parliment), by politians.

There is no such country as 'Southern Ireland. Ireland is torn in two, by the 6-Counties' and the Republic of Ireland, which has, in fact, the most northerly county and point in Ireland. Éire relates ot all of Ireland, not just the republic and the island of Ireland is NOT part of the 'british isles'. The Islands in north-west Europe, of Ireland and Great Britain, and their islands, are known correctly as either 'The Western Islands' or more romantically as 'The Celtic Archipeligo'

homosexuality is not a "perversion". it commonly occurs in nature outside the human species. at that point it comes down to personal beliefs and you don't get to make law based on your opinion.

@ef1h yes, because so many people get hurt when two people of the same sex fall in love and marry.......oh wait no they don't.
