Pakistan earns 70% of its income 4rm baluchistan and doesnt spend even 10% on balochistan.....bugti gave his land to pakistan govt and paki govt paid him 50000$ for using tat land and bugti spent tat money 4 balochistan army.but musharaf stopped paying tat money thn ths war strted...al coz of musharaf....
