For those people who talk about healthcare not being part of the constitution, well, where in the constitution does it say that the people's money can be given to corporations like Lockheed and Halliburton?

Where does it say in the constitution about giving taxpayers money to Israel? It does not say anything about giving money to foreign countries, yet it does actually mention the general welfare (no mention of "corporate welfare", contrary to what Republicans think).
