Hacking Hollywood: CSI New York

On This Hacking Hollywood, CSI investigators reconstruct a high school dance to find a killer. Using photosynth, the high tech detectives confiscate camera phones from innocent prom-goers to reconstruct a 3D representation of the crime scene. Is this the end of privacy as we know it?
