I wouldn't be without it,it's a miracle to me.I'm glad that I don't have to put a pillow over my mouth when I talk to my boys anymore (lol) and I am 40,but I feel like I'm 16.This stuff is great! I'm trying to get my sons to take it.My youngest is 14 and he said he will only try it with juice.I think water is best,what is your thought?

@smellsogoody Some take an ounce or two of apple juice after taking the wheatgrass juice. The apple juice cuts the wheatgrass juice after taste that some cannot stomach!

@MrJcpwest Common question...where do I buy my seeds? After buying seed from several different sources and at wide range of prices, I finally found the "source of sources". Tiensvold Farms, Rushville Nebraska, is a family farm that has been certified organic since 1993.  Their phone is 308-327-3135, ask for Ila or Mark. Tell them you heard about them form me. WholeFoods also sells bulk wheatgrass seed. I live in the Kansas City area. It sells at WF for around $1.19lb.

im having a tough time finding affordable seed. I tried my local feedmills but they are out for the season, every other place cost around $40 in shipping for 50 lbs of seed

sometimes i hate how people buy really expensive stuff to make it i mean fair dos if your serious like this guy but you can just recycle old trays and old packaging and grow this wheat grass in there

hello,

if u would be so kinda here r some questions

when u say "sphagnum" can u be a bit more specific? u mean sphagnum moss? just a reference to a site is enough

i have a hard time growing things, as i either water them too much or too little, can u also me a bit more specific on the watering (during the "night time" and the uncovered period)

lastly, but important, after the initial 12 hours, u say u keep them in a jar, i presume u mean, full of water and uncovered?
