Carmen's Boutique "My Pole" in Houston Tx

I bought a pole from Carmen's Boutique thinking it was an Xpole and it fell down after the second Fireman Spin.. Which everyone who poles knows that is not a high momentum spin and it is very basic...I called within 24 hours and they would not give me a refund... When I told the general manager the dome can crack because it is plastic, he didn't care... I only way 150lbs.. This pole is supposed to hold at least 50lbs more... So if you are going to shell out $300 for a pole, please don't go to CARMEN'S BOUTIQUE in HOUSTON TEXAS.... Just go to the xpole site, or find a reputable seller for them... I was just impatient... :(
