From KETC, LIVING ST. LOUIS Producer Patrick Murphy talks with Rachel Miller, a survivor of the Holocaust. Rachel Miller was born in Paris in 1933 after her family had emigrated from Warsaw. She and her family witnessed the Nazi occupation of Paris in 1940 and persecution of Jewish citizen which began immediately after. Her father died at the hands of Germany doctors conducting medical experiments. After shipping Rachel out of Paris, the rest of her family was taken by the Nazis. She spent the rest of the war in hiding. After the war she immigrated to America. Half a century after the war, Rachel was able to determine through the Red Cross International Services Program that her two brothers were killed at Auschwitz. She has never learned the fate of her mother and sister.

Many people do not realize that one explanation of how the Nazi's found out so quickly and accurately who were Jewish in Europe, could have been by the genealogical research efforts of the LDS in Europe that was done, beginning very many years even prior to World War I. The LDS collects genealogical records and information about all people on all parts of the earth ( and not just about LDS ). The Nazi's in WWII were welcome then, as anyone on earth today may have access to all LDS Gen-records.

What a beautiful family, so sad, funny, her brother was named Adolph and they look arayn, Or however you spell that stupid word. I am in fact, what they describe as a model of the master race, why do i not feel different? Hitler, you suck, Himmler started w/ the camps,.. Gorring, the morphene head actually had Hitler shut down one of the first camps Himmler stared,, because he was abusing the inmates. But Hitler was impressed how Himmler the pussy treated so called criminals.ROT IN HELL H.H.

My school went on a feildtrip to this Holocaust museum earlier this year and we got to speak to Rachel Miller,I actually did a report on her.
