good for you ynnebenny!! Ever been sued for $250,000 for sticking a bolt in a concrete wall, when you did it completely by the book? Well done to the surgeon who placed this one, a huge improvment on surgical placement compared to the last one put on you tube, but you're very short on inter occlusal height. A good job in a difficult case.

not at all. if the local anesthesia is placed properly, there is zero pain.

This patient had an esthetic jaw surgery several years ago from the upper and lower mandible because the occlusion was not good. His lower jaw, was bigger than his upper jaw. The surgeons cut the mandible and after cutting, they put this device called bone plates to fix the mandible again.
