What did he teach?

@ziprose Creative Arts. Basically just Music. He told us stories about how music changed people's lives and helped them to grow and become smarter. It was mostly just him talking telling awesome stories and singing us songs.

@godshiva Ah, so he did like a workshop at your school or was this a semester long class?

@ziprose Semester long at Utah State University. Most touching were his stories of people brought out of coma's by music, one man who wasn't able to speak for years mysteriously (and unfortunately temporarily) regained his ability to speak by hearing a song. Also, he did children's operas, and got violins into a Utah School in a poor neighborhood and helped a lot of children out. I think he single handedly increased my appreciation for the arts and changed my perception of music in schools

Dear Ziprose.. You must be speaking of Dr. Ballam. I was involved in a "terrible accident" 4 years ago. His advice works. The doctors predicted that I'd never recover. My brain was literally scrambled. Now I've recovered. I'm going to school, majoring in Music Therapy. He's a monster... in a GOOD way. I'm wheelchair bound but happy nevertheless.
