  • I say the only thing that dangerous is the stealing of your money~sitting quietly is good for the soul.....no? with all the noise of life sometimes quiet is nice...no? Geez im all confused so i not try to settle my mind from time to time?

  • @mom22many09 I'm not saying meditation in itself is dangerous, just that the TMO are horrible meditation teachers.

  • The TM organisation teaches "Meditate and do what thou wilt". This is very dangerous. A beginner's mantra is chosen using Vedic astrology i.e. his or her date of birth. This is irrational. The spin surrounding the appropriation of the mantra is a fraud.

  • I was totally sold out on the Transcendental Meditation (TM) technique & the organization for many, many years. I never saw any benefits though. We were told in the 70's that we would be enlightened within 8 years. NOT so!! All we did was spend more and more money! We even learned the advanced techniques. People should read all the literature on this technique not JUST the propaganda put out by the movement. Thank you for making your videos. I hope that people will THINK before they leap

  • I wonder why mine is left untouched. But I'm happy it is still on here. I will tell all my friends to watch your video. I practiced TM for over 20 years. My daughter even got a mantra. It doesn't work for us any more. It just gives me headaches. Of course, the TM people would tell me to get checked. Doesn't work.

My husband got tics and stuff too.

  • I love your video. I hope you do more videos!

  • I was a victim for 13 years. I served on a TM Board of Advisors. Trust me-it’s a mind control money cult; ruined my health, finances and relationships. See the documentary DAVID WANTS TO FLY before you get “initiated”. The “science” they spew is flawed and biased. Countless scientific studies have shown that TM is no more effective than repeating the word “one”. Where is the “world peace” they promised 30 years ago? Save your money and practice mindfulness meditation or self-inquiry. Both FREE!

  • its funny how the people who spend time bashing other people are people who have not done anything successful in their own lives.

how many truly successful and creative people do you see sitting on youtube trying to spread the word about corruption... lol you people are silly, no matter how logical your points are.

  • an evasive answer to a question that blames the questioner for being ignorant is a surefire sign of "brainwashing" attempt. Those who can only give obscure unclear answers or refuse to answer at all because the questioner is not smart/capable/strong enough to handle it are suspect. An evasive blaming excuse instead of an answer exposes someone who knows no better but continues to try to maintain a superior position in order to control you.

  • @donagh1954 The mantra is a vehicle for transcendence. Its chosen specifically yes. For the sake of experience, it is not important. The only "leap" you make is manifested. Everything in existance are distractions to keep The Mind "busy" so it doesn't run into its' own paradox of, "what's next?", causing insanity. I did this on 1 month of TM. Before TM, I got close but there was no cigar. I'm smoking a Cuban with a grin now. Past n Future are one with the Now. The Now creates both Illusions...

  • @AgainstTM It is sad to hear what you had with TM. I had a very similar experience. I've born into a meditating family so I started doing TM as a kid. I don't really remember any experience I had when I was a kid but when I went to highschool, I would get very dizzy and almost paralyzed every time I meditated. I quit TM for 4-5 years.

One day when I was waiting for my father in the TM center, even I didn't really wanted, I accepted to have a checking. The most sublime TM ever! I started doing it

  • @angelstar22 :))) This is funny, who told you that you were going to get enlightened in 8 years? I have never heard anything like that... Nobody can tell a standardized time for people to get enlightened. Every physiology, every nervous system is different, we inherit different qualities when we come to life.

On the other hand, you can make your evolution faster with additional things to keep your physiology even more powerful.

  • @AgainstTM How many have you met? :)

  • TM stands for transcendental marketing and the reason for deleting your videos is because probably it is bad for business. Now don't get me wrong the benefits of meditating are enormous but let me tell you a little secret: You dont need 2500$ to learn how to meditate because it is for free. Meditation is not a product!
