the marine armor looks more brown..the army looks more green. If you want to see some good examples of them then go to the Halo nation and look under unsc marine corps and check out the triva and gallery section

3:27. the figure on the left is part of the Army. The marines are at 3:22. they have a mask covering their mouths. the army does not. the marines are also seen when you board the corvette during operation upper cut.
