thanks for the fast response Jamel....last questions...do you suggest doing REO investing and wholesaling at the same time. I've noticed a lot of "experts" suggest only working on one strategy at a time. Since I'm a beginner and have no investing experience I'm trying to wisely chose the best and most lucrative strategy for a beginner such as myself to start a REI business.

As far as bulk REO, I have dabbled in doing them, but it is not my specialty. REO investing, wholesaling and rehabbing are my main strenghths. Hope this helps you.
