Can some one tell me what to do to stop eating meat.. I find it extremely hard since I have no clue about what to replace meat with.. please help me I dont want to eat animals I love them.

I just got through talking to some Mexican illegals and one of them used to work in a slaughter house in Mexico where they packed the horse meat to be shipped to the US. He said they made pre-wrapped hamburger patties that looked like they were for McDonalds!

This is sick...They should all die for wht they do to these poor horses.They make one mistake to there owner and they hate them,neglect them,Starve them,to the point to where they began there slaughter ride.

How could we have let this happen. I mean if your going to kill an animal do it in a way that shows respect towards it. Don't abuse it. Now i'm not a vegetarian but the videos on the way our meat is killed has got me to want to push for guidlines being put foreward that require the slaughter houses to treat them with the most respect and to write to my senators to tell them to one stop horse killing but to push for better guidlines in the killing of our live stock.
