@KnorpelDelux I wont. I just blended two into a 300calorie smoothie for breakfast, skin intact! I've been watching countless hours of biology / anatomy videos (I don't retain very much) from Berkeley. Their youtube name is UCBerkeley. You might like to check it out if you study biology. dunno.

@KnorpelDelux Well, it seems the juicing community has been duped... probably to make people buy more fruit. I just read a little about apple skin and you're right, it does contain slightly more 'goodness'. I must make you aware of something though - for the purposes of education (not to be whiny) - the sun doesn't make vitamins, it allows the plants to make sugar. I'm saying that simply in the interests of scientific accuracy. At the same time - I'm guilty - because I almost became a 'juicer'!
