@JTrut19 That's true but Les Paul had an amazing experience so I don't think he needs to hide behind distortion!!! That kind of players don't make mistakes! :P

@bulwine Les Paul makes so few mistakes live that playing clean isnt a scare for him. Thats a musicians biggest fear oin stage which is partially hidden by distortion

I saw him in the same club (I think) in 1994. The guy was amazing.
How lucky I was - it was the only jazz club I visited whilst in New York.
