  • I say kill the industry and let the phoenix rise from the ashes. People love to create content, and now they can.

    And here is the math on how piracy does not always equal stealing:

    If you would buy a product but you get it for free instead, there is lost revenue, and that could be considered stealing.

    If you would not (e.g. trying something new, watching a movie you wouldn't pay to see, hatred toward the RIAA/MPAA cartels, etc.), the lost revenue is zero, and that cannot be considered stealing.
