If you would buy a product but you get it for free instead, there is lost revenue, and that could be considered stealing.
If you would not (e.g. trying something new, watching a movie you wouldn't pay to see, hatred toward the RIAA/MPAA cartels, etc.), the lost revenue is zero, and that cannot be considered stealing.
