Just say KNOW - Underage drinking awareness

The goal of this video animation is to educate parents, youths, and the general public about the negative health effects of binge drinking and to engage community partners in the effort to combat underage drinking in New York State. This video animation was created entirely by students at Vassar College during the Spring of 2007.

This is more for all college drinking rather than underage, it seems...especially since the statistics are from ages 18 to 24.
