@inscribe9 I agree, the melodic guitar and bass parts are slim on this album and it sounds like something more like Incubus would write, which isnt bad at all, but what happened to Teppei being "Teppei"

Yeah mate, I completely agree. I like there straight up rock stuff like this, but when I listen to the album as a whole, I wanna hear a little more, u know? This song is really cool though. The album isnt bad.

@inscribe9 I know what you mean. Some songs (for me, at least) sound like the band is just yelling and blasting chords all over the place. Take "Blur" as a good example. But this album has its share of good songs, such as "Words In The Water" and this one.

meh, its not as good as The Alchemy Index or Vheissu. Wheres the Dynamics? This albums way too one dimensional for me, personally. I prefer it when they explore different sounds and instruments. All this album has is one side of what all the other albums have done. It just sounds like a collection of OK rock tunes. On the contrary there a couple of good tunes though, this being one of them.

I love that Thrice has the ablilty to use religious concepts but never sound like they are preaching. They allow so much room for interprutation regardless of your creed. Its what sets them apart from almost every other band out their, simply in a class all their own. This album is incredible.
