Gilbert Gottfried was fired from Aflac this week for telling "insensitive" jokes about the Japanese, which is idiotic, because Gilbert Gottfried's entire schtick was about telling insensitive jokes. That's why he's a comedian, because he's supposed to be able to find the humor in something before the rest of us do. So this one's for you, Aflac, you hypocrite assholes.

Aflac should:

1. Re-hire Gottfried as spokesman, with a substantial raise;

2. Fire the executive who let Gottfried go;

3. Have Gottfried bring awareness to the Tsunami victims, in a responsible and effective way -- thus similarly benefiting Aflac via goodwill and issuance of new policies.

I'm just saying!

If I could just amend point #3 to read: Have Gottfried bring awareness to the tsunami victims, in a responsible and effective way--by doing an hour of standup directly outside of nuclear reactor#4 at Fukuyama on a worldwide television simulcast, just like a music group called The Beatles once did when they sang a song called," All You Need Is Love." Just sayin'.
