--It contains excerpts from one of his speaking events in Oklahoma, and insights about his connect to football and philosophies about leadership, athletics, academics, and achievement.

WHAT'S ON THIS VIDEO:
--Football Foundation: Jeffrey credits sports—football in particular—for having the most significant influence on his life, which is reflected by his belief ". . . that when you trace it all back, it starts on the football field." This segment also includes a brief salute to his head coach, George Welsh, and teammate and All-American Defensive Back Chet Moeller, who, along with Jeffrey, was consider to anchor for the 1975 defense squad, which ranked fourth in the nation.
--Dedication toYouth: Gives further insight to Jeffrey's dedication and commitment to youth, as reflected by what he said during an2001 interview, an excerpt of which is included and shown in purple ink, preceding the reporter's declaration that he was "a real life All-American hero."

JEFFREY'S BACKGROUND:
--was gifted athlete in middle school, high school: Despite offers of more than 60letters-of-intent for athletic scholarships he attended the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, where he distinguished himself by becoming the first Black in Naval Academy history elected football team co-captain; he was also the first selected as a football All-American.
--was a leader in the Navy and the private sector: After graduating, he went on to earn three Master Degrees, command six different Navy ships, and serve in a series of high-profile assignments. He was also an executive for two nonprofits and as a business consultant with a international consulting firm based in Washington, D.C.
--is an extraordinarily effective motivational speaker: His passion is entertaining, educating, inspiring, and empowering others to S.O.A.R. to new heights of personal, professional, and organizational achievement. He folds elements of his life's challenges and victories into powerful, interactive presentations that provides youths and adults with helpful philosophical insights, and with foundations for creating or improving their roadmap for success.
