  • yeah right try that in a mma fight dorks

  • lol, you have no idea of karate right?

  • Nichts gegen die Athletik und so..., aber ist das noch Karatedo? All diese Show, diese komische Hintergrundmusik? Schade, schade!

  • I see alot of posts say.... MMA this is better than karate that... try that against MMA...

What does MMA stand for? Mixed Martial Arts. In MMA's initial conception it was all about grappling. Till the grappler got schooled by a striker. Now its to see who can balance both or exploit one or the other's weakness. Can this work on a "MMA practitioner"? just like anything... yes. but its also up to the individuals commitment to follow thru with their technique.

  • This is the ess. I can't see someone getting up after 0:18. And for those of you who say it couldn't be done in real life...well...okay. Underestimate if you will. xD

  • @boeyaka If you tried using MMA on an actual martial artist, I think you'd be pleasantly surprised.

  • unsu is a child's kata. and bunkai is for faggots who don't know how to spar. you are a child faggot, by that logic.

  • Like it ;)

    schönes Bunkai, sehr gelungen!

  • schönes bunkai , gelungen!

  • movie show like a lot of bunkai now unfortunally, just crap ..... KARATE BECOME A SPORT but, fortunally, some people are keeping it as a martial art
