This video shows how to remove, clean and reinstall your IAC (Idle Air Control) and save a lot of money. This method can be transfered to just about any car with an IAC. The car in the video is a 2001 Mustang GT you can see more videos of it in my channel along with other HOW-TO Videos. Hope this solves your problem!

  • Did you replace the gasket with a new 1? And does MAF cleaner work to clean the IAC?

  • @roushstagetwo roush mustangs are gay get a v8 queer

  • @SuperJKE123 Glad to hear it!

  • @RandomWeekendVideo Its all good now =) change my spark plugs, changed the air filter and cleaned the IAC.

  • @SuperJKE123 Mine has a little variation as well maybe 150rpm change gradually but I attribute most of that to the tune I have on it

  • @RandomWeekendVideo Yeah still does it after the engine is warmed up, its nothing major really, just a little something ive noticed. Im going to check my spark plugs and change my air filter belt aswell.

  • @SuperJKE123 This may, does it still do it even after it has reached operating temperature?

  • @RandomWeekendVideo Thats good. I also have a slight problem with my idle timing. It seems to be slightly fluctuating up and down after i turn the engine on, and isnt quite running smoothly. Do you think this will do the trick?

  • @SuperJKE123 I bought the car from an elderly man garage kept had 52,000 miles on it for $6700 2 years ago

  • can i just ask how much did you roughly pay for the car ?
