ok, Now I'm a little worried. I did see some breakage on my hair in the sink. I guess I better pay attention to that. I have to watch your video one more time to see the products again. I may have to find something else if I'm going to wash it every week. Shouldn't we have some breakage naturally????

yes its natural u just have to balance moisture and protein..like one week aphogee and the next week another product with moisture

I totally agree I gave away most of my Aphogee products! The only thing I kept is the Keratin Reconstuctor and the 2step protein treatment. Im using TRESemme and Proclaim products. Helped my hair growth ALOT!!

Thanks for the comment! I'm glad you became aware of the aphogee line because that thing is no joke. I only use it 1 week before my relaxer day and 1 week after my relaxer to strengthen my hair. Also when using heat styling tools the hair may get a little rough Don't use aphogee. Purchase Motions cpr protein reconstructor. It's a lighter protein that won't break the hair.

yeah i just used the aphogee 2 step protein treatment on wednesday bc i had alot of shedding due to over moisturizing my hair and it worked well but i will only use aphogee every 6 weeks
