New Labour doesn't like the prospect of losing seats to the BNP, so they have got one of their quangos to asks judge to tie up the party with more New Labour red tape in an effort to distract the party from the coming general election. Margaret Hodge may well be pleased with this ruling, but it will not help. New Labour are stopping at nothing to gerrymander and steal the coming general election.

Recorded from Sky News, 12 March 2010.

  • So this is Democracy and freedom in modern Britain is it, didn't we fight two world wars to prevent this sort of totalitarian Fascism?

When are we going to stop the left from dictating what we can and can't believe in?

  • I noticed that none of these reports cover the fact that the judge rejected two thirds of the EHRCs claims.

Also that reporter at the end is a cunt for saying he thinks the majority of people find their views odious.

No impartiality there, not very professional .

  • Simples,we allow black members. Then we start,The white BNP members association,AKA,the blick police officers association.

  • It may be illegal but its not unlawful to choose who joins a group.

  • The rise of the BNP has been pretty steady since the irish laid

their weapons down in favour of the ballot box.

i doubt they would have attack the BNP tho canyonedriver.

id think the bnp would have been top of the agenda when it came

to pointing out how flawed democracy actually is in parts of the UK.

got to be careful to stay in the real world, the election is looming, and

no-one really cares about the bnp lol. the chances of the UK voting a

separatist into the BIG parliament are very slim.

  • he obviously has done a wonderful job filling your head with all-sorts

of magical stories about the ice-age britons and 'when everything was

good, in the 50s' type garble.

  • VOTE BNP

  • So I presume the BNP will be fine from hereon, but you can never tell in the current leftist political climate. I thought the "indirect discrimination" judgement was shocking to be honest.
