juliesomeone, this man is trying to help children be healthier by increasing their chances of being breastfed. the point of the prescription is that it makes it take a little more work on the part of the mother to get to bottle-feed. this is important because the ease of getting formula is part of why women choose to bottlefeed - this could lead more women to breastfeed rather than go through the hassle of getting a prescription.
