this isn't just about drug use. it can be about anything..the "anything" is decided by whoever is listening to it, or so i would assume. i don't think anyone will ever know unless we ask the song writer.

This song is so sad, I've had an eating disorder for 2 years, I'm in recovery now, I am eating normally and am well physichally, but I'm still struggling with the emotional part of anorexia, which of course is the hardest part to overcome. I love this song.
