i was there and that was the coolest thing i have ever seen. to bad the video didnt have the whole solo.

lol my brother doesn't find it too cool, after all, the bands that he listens to do spinning drums, no prob... pff! not like THIS drum war! i went to GO and saw it live... he's never seen a spinning drum w/o a cage around it. and he'd be impressed with the full war with Pete getting lifted 25 ft in the air himself... like New-age music can be THIS cool! yeah right!

What people sometimes don't realize is that Peter used to be the drummer for Newsboys years ago... So really, they are BOTH drummers :) They do a "drum battle" for almost all of their tours. I have been seeing Newsboys concerts since 1990 when they would play for "crowds" of about 1000 people is all. They were my first exposure to Christian music (outside of hymns). Seeing the Go concert with Skillet on Oct 5th!

their concert at ichthus makes it the third time that i have seen the newsboys live! they always put on the most amazing shows ever, but i have to say, this one tops them all!!!

I was there and I've seen them in concert a couple of times, and every time I see that it just blows my mind. Rock on!!!!!!!!
