  • Making this video was a bit of a disaster!

    At 0:29 a wasp started buzzing round my face.

    At 1:16 the split in my shorts came into view, you can hear them splitting in the first few seconds of the calf stretch.

    And when I did the sitting stretches, half of me was out of view, aargh.

    Hope this demo helps. Stretch at the end of exercise/sport, ease into each stretch, ease off if painful. Stretching shouldn't hurt, it should just be mildy uncomfortable. Hold each stretch for 1 minute
