I was just thinking I wanted to try playing this on my flute but I have no idea how it would sound. I doubt flute would be half as well suited to it as violin, and I don't have your skill, but this is inspiring. Gorgeously done. I'm sold. :)

Thanks, I'm glad you liked it. :) I think maybe on the flute a more understated approach might sound nice. I opted to play loud and express it more aggressively so I could play over the percussive synths in the OST.
