PeaceSmiths celebrates World March for Peace

PeaceSmiths, Inc. holds a monthly coffeehouse, October to June. http://www.peacesmiths.org For the October 2nd Coffeehouse, PeaceSmiths celebrated The World March for Peace and Nonviolence, with other Long Island peace groups. The World March for Peace began on Oct. 2nd in New Zealand, and will travel through the globe for 3 months--until January 2, 2010. There are many Long Island events scheduled between now and then, including a march from LI to NYC during the time the march will be in the US, on November 30, 2009.
