I'm doing a workout here that I saw Dana Linn Bailey doing on youtube. She called it the Big 3. She did 20 reps on each exercise... but because I'm on my Journey to getting back in shape after 4 months off... I dropped my reps to 10 and went a little light on the weight too.

  • Awesome job! I also tried the big three, after watching dana's vid. I was very sore for a few days...with only doing 3 rounds, lol.

  • I too did this workout after watching Dana's video! It was TOUGH. I had to drop my weight on the clean/press significantly to get through it. Did 5 rounds...next time I will increase my squat weight by a little.

  • @krystalmonday Thank you! Yes, It's a nice gym! I'll know after I decide what I want to do this year. Right now.... just focusing on getting back to the workouts and eating cleaner... which will start changing my body... once that happens... then I'll decide. :)

  • @sass9507 Yes, I did 5. Next time I either want to increase my reps to 20 or keep them at 10 and increase the weight. My end goal is to do 20 reps with my weights being... bodyweight for bench and squats and 1/2 bodyweight for clean & Press. Gonna be tough.

  • I went and watched her workout and it looked brutal. How many rounds did you do Clifta? All 5?
