@rebeccawashere Yes the javelin is a lot more difficult that the shot and discus because I have competed in all three more specifically the javelin.

drop the right knee - that sounds like finnish javelin throwing technique. I would say that he does bend his throwing arm but if he punched more with his left and reed more range through his shoulders rather than throwing his left side away so quickly he woudl generate more range. He looks like he is throwing mid to late 60's with his speed but this is becasue he doesnt spend alot of time pulling it thru the power position. Not bad tho - good effort man

straighten that arm out get a longer pullmake sure you drop that right kneeyou will get your hips into it more
