Fresh squash blossoms are stuffed with ricotta, lemon zest and parsley. Each is dreged in an egg batter, rolled in flour and fried in olive oil.

They are plated with an heirloom tomato sauce and sprinkled wtih fresh basil.

Quick, easy and tasty.
